This past Saturday we stopped into the newest watering hole downtown called Cowboy Up! Saloon. The space formerly inhabited by The Bar Association has a completely different feel and menu, and from the moment we stepped inside our palates were thirsty for whiskey. Cowboy Up has a pool table, outside seating, loud country music and daily drink specials. Tonight (Tuesday) is their $2 Tequila shot night with $10 buckets of domestics. The only things missing from this place are a mechanical bull and a honky-tonk piano!
