“Get scored for the costume contest at participating downtown shops and bars. Event is 8PM to midnight.
Completed scorecards must be turned into Spirits of Bacchus before midnight. Prizes awarded at Spirits of Bacchus. 18+ to participate, 21+ for some prizes.”
